Animal Kingdom day is upon us! After a our arrival day and a great day at Epcot, we were ready to explore Disney’s Animal Kingdom. While Disney’s Hollywood Studios has a soft spot in my heart, we decided to skip it this trip on account of the numerous attraction closures and the fact that many of the remaining open attractions were shows. Shows plus an 18 month old do not add up to amazing time. (Proof of that was our experience in trying to have him sit through the Lion King show at here at Animal Kingdom. It was a no go.) Animal Kingdom has many more kiddo friendly options, including the African Safari, the Bone Yard for uncovering prehistoric treasures, a petting zoo and lots of shaded nature trails for encouraging stroller naps. Join us on our Animal Kingdom adventure day.
