Annddd somehow I missed posting anything on my son’s birthday. Which was August 13th. So, while I know he doesn’t care, at all, and is happy as long as he has a truck in each hand, I’m sorry little buddy. Just know that mommy and daddy think you are a pretty rockin’ (keep playing those drums ;)), smart and funny little guy. Thanks for making your 2nd birthday at the zoo memorable and embracing what as a wet, rainy day by splashing in ALL.THE.PUDDLES.
Oh, and thanks to our family who walked around in the rain for hours on end. We owe you guys. Feel free to have any future parties during a snow storm (Oh wait, we already did that too in 2008. Hello our wedding!! Ha!)
Here’s to a great 2nd year (well, closer to 10 months ;)) and many more memories. (But not anymore that involve getting your another tattoo. You’re too young…and you decided you didn’t like Davenport anymore the moment we got home…see pic below for explanation.)
