Introducing Bob the Builder, his partner, Wendy and his amazing blue cat, Pilchard. Bob took a quick break from the job to make sure the houses were safe around the neighborhood and collected a few candies (his favorite being the blue ones of course ;)). He’ll be back to reality when all the trick-or-treating is done, but for now he’s enjoying a night out on the town…
